After founding the company and spending seven very intensive years in operational responsibility as CEO, a new chapter is now beginning for neoom.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

With Nikolas Iwan<\/a><\/strong>, a CEO is taking over who brings exactly what is needed now: clarity, international experience, focus, and leadership. I am convinced that, together with the entire team, he will successfully shape the next stage of neoom\u2019s development. <\/p>

This decision did not happen overnight. It is the result of responsibility, honest self-reflection, and personal transformation. The last few years have been very defining\u2014filled with big visions, difficult phases, thousands of decisions, and also many mistakes that cost a lot of energy. Precisely this time has shown: development does not always mean doing more, but sometimes redefining one\u2019s own place. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At the end of 2024, I consciously decided to rethink my role.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This process was supported by my colleagues on the Supervisory Board and in management\u2014even when it wasn’t always easy. Thank you for the clear and honest conversations and discussions. <\/p>

With the completion of my certification as a Supervisory Board member at Danube University Krems in the spring of 2025, we consistently initiated this step. Not as a withdrawal, but as an evolution: to no longer work in the company, but together on the company. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Hundreds of thousands of app users and connected devices reduce energy costs by millions and lower CO2 emissions year after year.<\/p>

Despite challenging months, we have proven that neoom is sustainably changing the energy market\u2014and will continue to do so. We have built the Austrian market leader, which will continue to play a central role in the European energy transition in the future. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
